2026-09-30. Parent catalog search answers from the unified index. GET /api/v1/ lists search. A query returns ranked public records. An empty match is HTTP 200. Without q the route returns 400 invalid_query. If the index file is absent, search is omitted and a query returns HTTP 503 search_unavailable. Docs name the parent catalog and the ruleset v1.2.0. Older stored reports without a ruleset version remain Basic Technical Readiness.
